Update: Metronome Chapters 3 & 4

Well it has been a busy few weeks over in Dallas, Texas! Over the last two weekends I was able to complete pre-production & filming on Chapters 3 & 4 of Metronome the series. It was quite the wild ride & such an amazing adventure. There was so much free flowing creativity in the air & I'm excited to show everyone what happens next in this mysterious series!

"Continuing his search for Olivia, Dr. Evans stumbles upon a man with similar symptoms as Olivia. He decides to investigate further" Without giving away too much of the mystery, I can tell you that the story only gets crazier from here. I had such a great time writing these two chapters, expanding the characters & continuing the mystery of Dr. Evans. You'll find that you grow by leaps & bounds when you push your skill sets to the absolute limits, that's something I definitely can appreciate. While producing this series I was still going to 2 different acting class for 5 hours two days out of the week, working 40 hours a week & keeping up with family/friends... I some how managed to stay sane during the whole process.

As we now head into post-production there is still lots to be done. We have to stitch the whole story together, add music & somehow tell a compelling story that people will be interested in watching over & over again... the stakes couldn't be higher. However, at the end of the day, thru all the stress, investment, blood, sweat & tears ... I always try to remind myself why I chose this life for myself. I do it for the art, I do it for the creativity, I do it those moments where time & place don't matter... what matters is that you are there co-creating with others artists. There will always be mistakes, things you would do differently, but those mistakes are all part of the process. They will enlighten your future decisions and you will be that much better because of their occurrence. Own your battle scars, own your faults, because at the end of the day they make you the amazing person you've already become.

Onward,

Gabe S.
